-
Do you groom cats?
Yes! We provide full grooming for cats including baths, brush-outs, and full haircuts. Cat appointments are scheduled in the afternoons after the dogs have left. Please bring cats in secure, undamaged carriers.

What's included in your grooming packages?
Describe the item or answer the question so that site visitors who are interested get more information. You can emphasize this text with bullets, italics or bold, and add links. -
What if my pet has severe mats?
If matting takes more than 15 minutes of brushing, we recommend a "start over groom" by shaving the matted areas for your pet's comfort and safety. Whether brushing or shaving, mat removal costs $2 per minute with a $30 minimum. Shaving is often a kinder, more efficient option for severe mats.
-
What days are you open?
We're open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and some Saturdays and Sundays. Recurring appointments are encouraged to avoid wait times of 2 to 8 weeks.
-
How do I book an appointment?
You can book online by filling out our online booking form. This requires signing our service agreement and providing a valid credit card on file to cover no-shows and last-minute cancellations, as those appointment slots are difficult to fill on short notice. Completing the intake form is mandatory to confirm your appointment.
-
What if I'm late or need to cancel?
Please arrive no more than 5 minutes early or late for your appointment. We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice or no-shows will be charged 50% of the booked appointment amount.
-
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, credit cards, and offer online payment options. Payment is due in full at pickup. While tips are not required, they are appreciated.
Cash payments receive a 10% discount.
-
How do you handle my pet during grooming?
Dogs are handled using slip leads and grooming loops only-please remove collars and harnesses upon arrival. Muzzles may be used for safety, with an additional $40 fee. For insurance reasons, owners are not allowed beyond the front gate into employee-only areas. This ensures a calm, safe environment for pets and staff.
-
What if my pet has behavior or medical issues?
Please inform us about any behavior concerns (aggression, anxiety) or medical conditions before your appointment. Pets with severe anxiety or aggression may incur special handling fees or be declined service. We do not sedate pets, and grooming will stop if your pet becomes too stressed or unsafe. Owners are responsible for any veterinary costs related to grooming or mat removal.
-
Will you update me during grooming?
If time allows, we may provide updates or photos during grooming. However, to keep our full attention on your pet's safety and comfort, updates are not guaranteed. We will always text you when your pet's grooming is complete.
-
What is your policy on client behavior?
We expect respect and kindness toward our staff. Rude, aggressive, or bullying behavior will result in immediate refusal of service.
